Opened by the Atherton family in 1960, the original Sandy Point Restaurant was a drive-in place beloved for its home-cooked meals. After the restaurant caught fire in 1975, the Athertons reinvented it on a different piece of land that was once a resort. The dynamic restaurant was a hotspot for excellent food and entertainment. It has now switched over to new owners, getting an update in 2013 at the West Olive restaurant location and adding a second location in Grand Rapids more recently.Our Dedication to Quality

Had a solid dinner on the screened in porch here. Beet salad with hanger steak was delish, but a bit heavy on the dressing. I'd maybe get it on the side. Our toddler loved the mussels.
