Founded by the Atherton family in 1960, the original Sandy Point Restaurant was a drive-in establishment beloved for its home-cooked dishes. After the restaurant suffered fire damage in 1975, the Athertons reopened it on a new piece of land that was previously a resort. The bustling restaurant became a hotspot for fantastic food and live performances. It has now changed owners, getting a remodel in 2013 at the West Olive restaurant location and getting a second location in Grand Rapids in 2020.Our Dedication to Quality

Had a solid dinner on the screened in porch here. Beet salad with hanger steak was delish, but a bit heavy on the dressing. I'd maybe get it on the side. Our toddler loved the mussels.
